Documentation & COAs
Where do I find the Certificate of Analysis?
Each product page shows the certificate for its current batch. All published certificates are listed in the COA Library.
How do I match a certificate to my vial?
Search the COA Library for the batch number printed on your vial label. Earlier batches remain listed for reference.
A product says “COA currently unavailable”. What does that mean?
The certificate for that product has not been published on the site yet. Contact us and we will let you know when it is available.
Orders & shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States and to Mexico. We do not ship to other countries.
How much is shipping?
The same in both countries: free on orders over $70, and $5.99 on orders of $70 or less. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
How are orders shipped to the United States?
Via USPS Ground Advantage. USPS estimates delivery at 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Do you ship to Mexico?
Yes. Orders to Mexico are delivered within Mexico by a domestic carrier, so they arrive as domestic Mexican shipments. Please enter a complete address, including colonia, código postal and state, plus a phone number for the carrier. See the Shipping Policy for details.
Is my order tracked?
Yes. All shipments are tracked.
How are orders packed?
In discreet, insulated packaging with cold packs. The packing slip includes the full research-use disclaimer and handling instructions.
