1. Agreement

2. Eligibility
You may purchase from PolarPeak Labs only if you are at least 21 years old and are a qualified researcher, or are purchasing on behalf of a laboratory, institution or business, for in-vitro laboratory research. Products are not sold to individuals for personal use. We sell and ship only to addresses in the United States and Mexico. We may ask for information confirming your eligibility and may cancel any order if it is not provided.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials confidential. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Research use only
All products are sold for research use only. They are not for human or veterinary use. Products are supplied for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified professionals only and are not for consumption, injection, or application to humans or animals.
5. Regulatory status
Our products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements. They have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), are not registered with Mexico’s COFEPRIS as medicines or health products, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease. PolarPeak Labs is not a pharmacy or compounding facility, does not prescribe or dispense medication, and does not provide medical advice. Product names identify chemical substances for laboratory reference only and are not a representation that any product is suitable for any use in humans or animals. Nothing on the Website should be read as a claim about the effects of any product.
6. Prohibited uses and purchaser representations
By placing an order you represent and agree that:
- you will use products only for lawful in-vitro laboratory research;
- you will not administer, inject, ingest, or apply any product to humans or animals, or allow anyone else to do so;
- you will not resell, relabel, repackage, or distribute products for human or veterinary use, or market them for any such use;
- you have the training, facilities and equipment to handle, store and dispose of research materials safely and in compliance with applicable laws;
- you are solely responsible for complying with all federal, state and local laws that apply to your purchase, possession and use of the products;
- the information you provide, including the research-use attestation confirmed at checkout, is true and accurate.
7. Our right to refuse or cancel orders
We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we believe a product may be intended for human or veterinary use (for example, based on communications requesting usage or dosing guidance), where we suspect fraud, where the order would ship to a location where sale is restricted, or where there is an error in price or product information. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid.
8. Product information and documentation
We aim to describe products accurately. Product images are illustrative. Certificates of Analysis apply only to the specific batch they identify. Specifications, packaging and availability may change without notice.
9. Prices, payment and taxes
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before an order is placed. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel orders placed at that price. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors; we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout.
10. Shipping, returns and cancellations

11. Payment disputes
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. If a dispute is opened, we may provide the payment processor with order records, including your research-use attestation and shipment tracking, and we may suspend the related account while the dispute is open.
12. Intellectual property
The Website and its content, including the PolarPeak Labs name, logo, text, photography and design, belong to PolarPeak Labs or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own research and purchasing purposes. Any other use requires our written permission.
13. Acceptable use of the Website
You agree not to misuse the Website, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping it by automated means, or submitting false or misleading information.
14. Disclaimer of warranties
We warrant that products shipped will match the product name and quantity ordered. Except for that warranty and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website and all products are provided “as is”, and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
15. Assumption of risk
Research materials may be hazardous if handled improperly. You assume all risks associated with the handling, storage, use and disposal of products after delivery.
16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PolarPeak Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from use of a product contrary to these Terms. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PolarPeak Labs and its owners, employees and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of any product, or your violation of any law.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

19. Countries served, local laws and sanctions
We sell to customers in the United States and Mexico only. Orders to the United States are delivered within the United States, and orders to Mexico are delivered within Mexico. You are responsible for complying with the laws of the country and state where you receive and use the products, including, in Mexico, any applicable requirements of the Federal Commission for the Protection against Sanitary Risks (COFEPRIS). You may not re-export products to any other country, or purchase them for any person or destination subject to U.S. or Mexican sanctions or export restrictions.
20. Events beyond our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, severe weather, supply shortages, or government action.
21. Electronic communications
You agree that we may send order confirmations, notices and other communications to you electronically, and that these satisfy any requirement that such communications be in writing.
22. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. These Terms, together with the policies referenced above, are the entire agreement between you and PolarPeak Labs regarding their subject matter.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived by contract, including, for customers in Mexico, the Federal Consumer Protection Law (Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor).
