Where we ship
We ship to the United States and to Mexico. Orders to U.S. addresses are delivered within the United States, and orders to Mexican addresses are delivered within Mexico. We do not ship to any other country. We may decline or cancel orders to any location where the sale or shipment of research materials is restricted.

United States
U.S. orders ship with USPS Ground Advantage to addresses in the United States.
Mexico
Orders to Mexico ship from within Mexico with [MEXICO CARRIER], so they are delivered as domestic Mexican shipments. Please enter a complete Mexican address at checkout, including the colonia, postal code (código postal) and state, plus a phone number the carrier can use to contact you.
Order processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders are typically dispatched within [PROCESSING TIME, e.g. 1–2 business days] of payment confirmation. During periods of high demand, processing may take longer; we will email you if your order is significantly delayed.
Packaging

Tracking
All shipments to the United States and Mexico are tracked. When your order ships you will receive an email with the tracking number, which is also shown in My Account under Orders.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately; we can correct the address only if the order has not yet shipped.
